Defeat the Mountain of Mulch, Part Two

Hey Everybody,We installed the interior fencing for the expansion on Saturday, and the mulch for the new area is being moved inside the fence to facilitate spreading.  It would be fantastic if some folks could lend a little time, bring a bow rake, and spread some mulch around.I'm planning on being out there on Thursday evening, probably around 6 or so, with Billy the WonderBrat, would love to see all y'all out there.JonathanSee More

Hi All,The expansion is well under way and we need to install interior fencing and spread mulch.We'll have a generator, compressor, and stapler again for the fencing and can certainly use help getting that installed.Please bring bow rakes, gloves, and a wheelbarrow if you can help spread the mulch.Need a couple strong backs to accompany me to purchase the welded wire fencing at Home Depot and transport to the park.  If you're an early bird, like me, and can hit the Depot at about 7am, please…See More

Dog Park is Open!

Hi Everyone, We have not scheduled the Grand Opening (details below) yet, but the Northside Dog Park is now open.  Please be mindful of the following:We are currently BYOW (bring your own water) and BYOB (bring your own bags)Supercans are provided for the deposit of waste As you drive into the area adjacent to the park, you'll notice a mountain range of tree debris.  PLEASE BE CAREFUL as you enter the dog park parking lot.  Our Richmond Parks partners have asked that we not use the park until…See More
